Shipping policy

This policy covers how your order reaches you. Digital products arrive instantly online. Physical products are made to order and shipped to your address.

 

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase you receive a download link on screen and by email, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping cost. If your download link does not arrive, email us at info@grownblackglorious.com and we will send it right away.

 

Physical Products

All physical products are made to order through our production partners. Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing can take a little longer. Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking when available.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 Delivery time begins after processing is complete.

  • Canada, United States, United Kingdom. Free standard shipping, 5 to 10 business days.
  • European Union. Free standard shipping, 7 to 15 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand. 10 to 20 business days.
  • Other international destinations. 10 to 25 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Because of carrier limits or customs restrictions, a few destinations are not available. If your country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not currently supported there. We review our coverage often and may add more countries over time.

 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. If a package is refused over unpaid customs fees, return shipping and handling may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks an order delivered, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you have a delivery problem, contact the carrier directly. We are glad to help with carrier claims where we can.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Every item is made with care. If a physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@grownblackglorious.com within 7 days of delivery with your tracking number and we will resolve it promptly.
